U12 A vs. Crosshaven, Sunday 10th June

Aghada lost out on Sunday morning to strong Crosshaven side.  The management have yet to find the right balance with some of the players, and Crosshaven dominated the firs thalf, socring 5-3 to Aghadas 1-2.  Despite a much better performance in the second half and at times playing the fluid game we know this team are capable of, the final score of Crosshaven 8-5 to Aghada 1-5 t was a fair reflection of the game and Crosshavens position at the top of the table.  The coaches drew a lot of comfort from the improvement over the course of the game and some of the individual skills shown.  Special mention to Sean O’Callaghan and Tomas Condon for most breaking ball won, for Jack Murray and James Hurley for most completed passes, and to Colm White for a series of excellent defensive blockdowns.  Our goalkeepers Callum and Robert did a great job on a tough day, and also thanks to David and Isaac for doing the stats!
